** All rates are based on a family of 4 consisting of 2 adults, 2 children (human, canine or feline), or 3 adults, no children, no
pets), 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle. We require a copy of your drivers license or a valid state issued ID and a valid credit card upon arrival (even if you pay in cash).
TENT SITES: this is a Family Camping Resort and our tent sites are for families consisting of two adults and their minor children. There is a maximum of 2 adults per tent site. No exeptions!
Hook ups: what do you require?
20 amp w&e- one household plug electic hook up and water hook up - for small pop up campers or a tent. (no air conditioner)
30 amp w&e - will power most campers with one air conditioner.
50 amp w&e, will power most big rigs and camping units with 2 air conditioning units.
W,E & S is a full hook up site with water, electricity and sewer.
we will not tolerate drunk, Disorderly, Loud Guests. If you are looking to party hard - look somewhere else. This is a family camping resort.

* = TENT SITE rates are the basic site rates are limited to two weeks. All tent sites have water and electric connections. We do not allow stays of longer than two weeks for any non self contained camping unit. Limit of 2 adults and their minor children per tent site.
Payment in full is required when checking in. Prices do not include Maine Lodging Tax of 7%.
Visitors or overnight guests must be registered at the office and pay a visitors fee in advance. If you are arriving in more than one car the additional vehicle will be permitted if the site is large enough, if not the additional vehicle must park in visitors parking area. EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL** This applies to daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal guests and members of all types. This is for your own protection, as we do not want unregistered "people" roaming our property or yours!
All registered guest must ensure that their visitors have registered with the office.

All visitors over 5 years of age are required to pay a visitors fee.

Visitors might have to park at the front of the park in the visitor parking section.

Visitors bringing dogs to the resort must have proof of rabies upon registering and must pay a pet fee upon arrival.
We do not have set check-in or check-out days. Plan your
vacation the way you want to!
We will take reservations for short stays of 1 or 2 nights, however the following conditions apply.
- Reservations for 1 night can be made up to 10 days in advance
and are subject to availability.
- We cannot guarantee what site you will be on when you reserve in advance.
- Full payment must be made at the time of the reservation and is non-refundable.
- Advance weekend and holiday reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Reservation Deposit: A credit card
deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit must be made via Master Card, Visa or Discover when making the
reservation. We do not accept checks.

Reservations for stays of 3 nights or more require a 50% deposit

Reservations for less than 3 nights require prepayment in full.

Reservations for holiday weeks require full payment at the time the reservation is made.

We require a copy of your drivers license and a credit card number. (even if you pay in cash)
DOGS: when traveling with your dog many states, such as Maine, require a copy of your rabies certificate to be kept on file. Please present a rabies certificate for each dog when checking in. NO aggressive dogs allowed at the resort.

A 2 week (14 day) cancellation notice prior to your first nights stay to
avoid forfeiting your deposit. There is cancellation/processing fee of $25.00
for any cancellation.

Cancellations of 2-13 days will forfeit the deposit on the reservation. Cancellations for holiday weekends forfeit the paymnet on the reservation..

Cancellations made 24 hours or less, prior to your arrival date or during
holiday periods are considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount
for the reserved time. This also applies to customers that do not show up for their reservation.
After your check-in, we do not issue refunds for any reason such as, but not
limited to, stays shorter than originally reserved for, planned re-arrangement,
inclement weather, illness, family disputes or early departure.
Your credit card
number (on file) will be used to charge for any damages to our property or loaner equipment
Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss or theft of
any personal property.

Visitors bringing pets to the resort are required to list the pet when registering to visit, provide proof of rabies vaccination and pay a $5.00 visitor pet fee. NOTE: We do not allow ANY aggressive dogs at the campground!

Extra Adult (16+) $

Additional adults are $10.00 each. Maximum of 4 adults per site.

|
Additional children ages 6 - 15, are $7.00 each. Children under 5 are free but still need to be listed or registered

Adults, 16+, visiting for the day will need to register and pay a daily visitors fee of $7.00 or an overnight visitors fee of $10.00 per adult. Maximum of 4 adults per site.

To request a reservation, please fill out a request form. Request are handled on a first come first serve basis. By requesting a reservation using our short form you are guaranteed that we have the correct information. If requesting a reservation by phone, we will take your information but it will be quicker with the online form.
After submitting the form, we will reply and let you know if we have the dates and site type that you require. If we have the site available then we will simply contact you at the number that you provided to obtain a deposit via Master Card or Visa that will confirm you reservation.
 Master Card , Visa and Discover are accepted for deposits.
