* = TENT SITE rates are the basic site rates are limited to two weeks.  We offer primative or water and electric tent sites. We do not allow stays of longer than two weeks for any non self contained camping.

Passport America Discounts are valid WEEKDAYS (Sunday - Thursday) only during the months of JULY & August . Discounts based on 2 people with W&E only. For sites with full hook up or more than 2 guest there will be additional charges applied.

Visitors or overnight guests must be registered at the office and pay a visitors fee in advance. If you are arriving in more than one car the additional vehicle will be permitted if the site is large enough, if not the additional vehicle must park in visitors parking area. For additional information on fees and reservations please scroll down this page and or view our policies page. There is a limit of 6 people per site, including visitors.

EVERYONE MUST CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL** This applies to daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal guests and members of all types. This is for your own protection, as we do not want unregistered "people" roaming our property or yours!

All registered guest must ensure that their visitors have registered with the office.


• All visitors, regardless of age are required to pay a visitors fee.
• Visitors must park at the front of the park in the visitor parking section.
• Visitors bringing dogs to the resort must have proof of rabies upon registering and must pay a pet fee upon arrival.
• Limit of 4 day visitors per site, including pets (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site).
• Limit of 2 overnight visitors per site, including pets. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site)

• Reservations for stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit equal to one nights stay.
• Reservations for less than 3 nights require prepayment.
• Seasonal reservations require a 25% deposit.
• We require a copy of your drivers license and a credit card number. (even if you pay in cash)

DOGS: when traveling with your dog many states, such as Maine, require a copy of your rabies certificate to be kept on file. Please present a rabies certificate for each dog when checking in. Pets are not allowed on tent sites. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site)

Cancellation Policy: 

• A 2 week (14 day) cancellation notice prior to your first nights stay to avoid forfeiting your deposit. There is cancellation/processing fee of $25.00 for any cancellation.
• Cancellations of 2-13 days will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less, prior to your arrival date or during holiday periods are considered a "no show" and will be charged the full amount for the reserved time.  This also applies to customers that do not show up for their reservation.

After your check-in, we do not issue refunds for any reason such as, but not limited to, stays shorter than originally reserved for, planned re-arrangement, inclement weather, illness, family disputes or early departure.

 

Your credit card number (on file) will be used to charge for any damages to our property or loaner equipment  

Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal property.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

Early Check-In or Late Check Out

Check out time is 11 AM - Check in time is 2 PM. Early check in or late check out may be accessed at a rate of 1/2 day stay, providing the site is available for such use. Sunday check out is 2 PM

Late Check-In

Please call to arrange arrival later than 6 PM. NO check-ins will be allowed after 9 PM. We do offer overflow parking for such circumstances.

Pets & Visiting Pets

Pets are not allowed on tent sites. You must have a camping unit to safely secure you family pets.

There is a $3.00 fee per dog, per day when you register.  This fee will be waived if you are traveling with up to two dogs and no children. This fee will go up to $5.00 per dog when our dog activity center is completed. We expect to have it ready next season (2010). Visitors bringing pets to the resort are required to list the pet when registering to visit, provide proof of rabies vaccination and pay a $5.00 visitor pet fee.

NOTE: We do not allow ANY aggressive dogs at the campground! Also we cannot allow the following breeds at our campground: Doberman, Pitbulls and or Pitbull mixes, Rottweiller, and again any aggressive dog regardless of breed. Domestic cats and dogs are the only pets that we accept at the campground. No birds, No reptiles, NO exotic pets! Pets are not allowed on tent sites.

Extra Adult (16+)

Only 2 adults are included in your site rental. Additional adults are $7.00 each. Maximum of 4 adults per site. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site)

3rd or 4th Child

2 children are included in your site rental fee. Additional children ages 3 - 15, are $5.00 each. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site) Children under 2 are free but do count towards the maximum of 6 per site.

Adults, 16+, visiting for the day will need to register and pay a daily visitors fee of $7.00 or an overnight visitors fee of $10.00 per adult. Maximum of 4 adults per site. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site)

Children (including infants) visiting for the day will need to be registered at the office and pay a visitors fee of $5.00 or an overnight visitors fee of $7.00 per child. Maximum of 4 children per site. (maximum of 6, including pets & visitors,  per site)

WiFi is available for free at designated Hot Spots.

Firewood

Firewood is available for purchase at our Welcome Center or via our Firewood Carriers during certain hours. Firewood purchased or obtained out of state  may not be brought onto the property.

Canoe Rentals

Paddleboat Rentals (2009 season)

Canoes are available for rent for $10.00 for 2 hours and include up to 4 life jackets. Each additional hour is $5.00. A $25.00 damage deposit is required to rent a canoe, along with an adults ID. 1 adult over 18 must be on board the canoe at all times.

Sports Equipment

Sports equipment is available at no charge $0.00 for our guests use and pleasure. We do require a nominal damage deposit for any and all sports equipment, which will be returned when the equipment is returned.

We reserve the right to change any and all rates above or in print with or without notice.

To request a reservation, please fill out a request form. Request are handled on a first come first serve basis. By requesting a reservation using our short form you are guaranteed that we have the correct information. If requesting a reservation by phone, we will take your information but it will be quicker with the online form.

After submitting the form, we will reply and let you know if we have the dates and site type that you require. If we have the site available then we will simply contact you at the number that you provided to obtain a deposit via Master Card or Visa that will confirm you reservation.

Master Card or Visa are accepted for deposits.
