Parents are responsible for their children and their childrens actions at all times. Children under 16 MUST be supervised at ALL TIMES. This includes the playground, playroom, arcade and of course near any body of water including the swimming pool. Unsupervised children will be escorted back to their campsites. All children must be on their campsites with a parent or guardian by 9 PM.

OFFICE / STORE  HOURS: In season 9-7  - off season 9-5

CHECK OUT TIME is 12:00 PM (Noon)  If you would like to stay another day, please reregister by 10:00 AM,  subject to availability. A late fee will be charged for late check-out.

CHECK IN TIME is 2:00 PM. Early check-ins will allowed if the site is available.

SPEED LIMIT is 5 -10 miles per hour

ONLY 1 CAMPING UNIT AND 1 CAR PER SITE. All Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children (human or pet) per unit. Additional charges will apply for additional people, pets or vehicles. Only 1 tent per tent site.  

PARKING Varies by site. Visitors may need to park in visitor parking at the main entrance. Vehicles parked on unoccupied sites will be towed.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED

RESTROOMS are open 24 hours. (except when posted for cleaning)  Please clean up after yourself so the next guest can use the facilities.

TRASH must be placed in the dumpster at the front of the park.  In 2010 we switch to PAYT. Bags will be available at the office for a small fee and we will pick up the filled bags at your site. We will accept broken appliances, ffurtiture, mattresses and the like.

Generators can not be used in the park  (unless there is a power failure, then it's every man for himself)

Car and RV Washing are not allowed in the park.

QUIET HOURS: 10 PM to 8 AM. This is your vacation but it is also the vacation of hundreds of other families that value a good nights sleep. Please be considerate and lower the volume of your TV, stereo and voices.

VISITORS are welcome, however we do require that all visitors  MUST register at the office. Visitors are required to show an ID, pay a visitors fee and obtain a parking pass.

Sewer rings are required. No gray water allowed to be dumped on park grounds. We value our environment and would like to protect it.

We have a clean park. PLEASE DO NOT LITTER.

SMOKING is prohibited in any of our facilities including in the pool areas. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.

CAMPFIRES are allowed ONLY IN FIRE RINGS. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THE FIRE RINGS, all fires must be attended at all times.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times. Parents must supervise children at alll times.  This includes the pool areas, store & activity areas. Please remind your child not to go on any campsite except yours. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times.

DON'T ADD TO NOISE POLLUTION: Noisy OR offensive campers and noisy aggressive pets are not welcome. Moreover, decent language should be used at all times as this is a family campground.

DO NOT MOVE TO ANOTHER SITE OR USE ANOTHER SITES SPACE. Sites are reserved for each customer. The site you are assigned is the only space that is allowed for your use. Our sites are large however, if you need more space, you will be required to rent a second site. If you overflow into a second site, you will be charged for a second site.

No clotheslines allowed at our resort.

SWIMMING POOL  - NO DIVING

WARNING: the pool facilities are used at your own risk. Adults are required to be in attendance when children are in or near the pool

• Pool Hours: are posted at the pool.
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• No food or drinks allowed in the f pool area.
• No cut off shorts allowed in pool.
• Small children MUST wear swim diapers.
• Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent and or adult 18 or older at ALL TIMES expecially near pools, the pond and the river.

• PETS POLICIES
• NO AGGRESIVE DOGS of any breed
• STATE AND COUNTY LAWS REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR RABIES CERTIFICATE BE ON FILE WHEN YOU CHECK IN.
• PETS MUST BE LEASHED If a pet is tied out on your site, you must be outside with the pet.
• Pets are not allowed in any buildings or activity areas.
• Pets must be kept under control and quiet. Pets cannot be left unattended.  
• ANOTHER MAINE STATE LAW: Yup, we even have laws about POOP, you must cleanup behind your pet, even if it is a small (the pet) and even if it is dark out (bring a flashlight).  Fines are imposed of up to $100.00 for violators (the pets owner.

LAUNDRY FACILITY

• Laundry room hours vary and are posted on the door.
• Please do not leave clothes in washers or dryers.
• Quarters are available in the office.
• If you have a lot of laundry there is a laundry mat 1/2 mile from here.

Mini Bikes / ATV's are not allowed in the park!

ALCOHOL:  Please drink responsibly. Alcohol must be confined to your camping site. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed in public areas, such as the pool, activity center or sports areas.

• Consumption by a minor will lead to eviction with no refund and could lead to an arrest. Please do not provide or allow a minor to consume alcohol at any time.
• Anyone that over indulges and is loud or bothersome to other guests will be asked to leave the resort.

RV's, Campers and Tents must be in good shape. Any unit over 15 years old must be inspected and approved by us. The managers discretion is final. No tarps, no duct tape, no rust, etc.

We reserve the right to rent monthly sites that have been temporarily vacated.

Management reserves the right to change park / resort  rules or rates without notice.

The owners/management of SFRR absolve themselves from any and all liability and responsibility pertaining to injury, loss , theft, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever.

There are NO refunds given for any reason, including but not limited to bad weather or early departure for any reason. Deposits are non refundable.

Violation of rules may result in eviction without a refund.
