COMMENT: We vacation on weekends and would love to stay longer on Sunday. The 11AM check out time does not give us time to enjoy the facilities.
SOLUTION: We have extended the check out time for SUNDAY ONLY to 2 PM!

COMMENT: My husband will only stay at campgrounds that have cable TV.
SOLUTION: We now cable TV at select sites. There are 20 of them available for daily and weekly stays.

COMMENT: We have a large camper with 2 AC units. The 30 amp is not suitable for us.
SOLUTION: We have added many 50 amp hook-ups!

COMMENT: The site we stayed on was huge but we had to use an extension cord to reach our hook-ups.
SOLUTION: We don't know why the hook-ups for water and electric were in the locations that they were in, however we moved most of them to more convenient locations.

COMMENT: We would feel more comfortable with more security.
SOLUTION: We installed electronic gates that open with an assigned key card. If a card is not turned in or improperly listed it is deactivated. We also installed security cameras in various locations throughout the resort/campground. The restaurant will be serving on weekends only and will not be open to the public. We will have scheduled meals.

COMMENT: We love to swim but as seniors we are very self conscious in front of younger people.
SOLUTION: We are going to have 2 time slots per week that will be for Senior Swims only. This will be Wednesday from 6-7 PM and Sunday from 9-10 AM.

COMMENT: We really would like to have Internet available at our site.
ANSWER: We are working on it but at the moment the Internet is available in 2 hot spots. The first is in the Welcome Lodge, where we set up a computer for our guests to use. WI-FI is available in the Welcome Lodge also.
The second hot spot is in the Activity Center. WI-FI is available throughout the building and to those camping close to the building.

COMMENT: We liked the on premise restaurant but did not like it being open to the public. It defeats the purpose of the security gates.
SOLUTION: The restaurant will not be open to the public on a daily basis. We will be using it for catering and functions as well as for scheduled meals on the weekends for our camping guests.

COMMENT: The swimming pool could use a little work.
ANSWER: The indoor swimming pool is running perfectly. The pool floor is stained and will remain that way for another year or so. The water is crystal clear and checked 2 - 3 times a day. The swimming pool room has been completely redone, new walls, windows, trim and the floor has been painted.
The outdoor pool has a few issues that we will work on in the spring. The indoor pool will open in May and the outdoor pool will open in June.

COMMENT: Our site was small and there was no room to put out the awning.
ANSWER: What campground do you think you were at? Our sites are large to huge! We have 40 foot campers with triple slide-outs that were towing cars.

COMMENT: We would like to see more activities.
ANSWER: We will be scheduling a variety of activities for next season. Most activities will be on the weekends.

COMMENT: Our site had many tree roots and was not level.
ANSWER: We removed the tree roots and have regraded the sites.
